The influence of our habits on our lives.

I remember how relieved I was when I first clearly understood this relationship. I understood that we cannot do anything about the fact that habits fill up our life, therefore the self-blame in me dissolved. At least initially, we can't do anything about it because survival, as the basic program (which we inherited with our bodies), is best facilitated by the formation of habits. One of its main effects is that it saves us time, so we can spend more time on other things. In this form, it is very useful until we are at an early stage of development. In our society, we learn many temporary habits, which we then leave behind due to societal pressure as our awareness grows. I arrive helplessly, I am helpless, I need to adapt. So far, I'm fine with this.
